Combined living/dining room counted as 2 rooms. Maximum room size is 200 sq ft. If the size of a room is between 201 and 400 sq ft, it will be counted as 2 rooms. If the size of a room is between 401 and 600 sq ft, it will be counted as 3 rooms.

Staircase

One Staircase includes 14 steps, which is standard for most homes and apartments.

Hallway

The maximum size of a hallway is 60 sq ft. If it is more than 60 sq ft, it will be counted as 2 hallways.
